Beko WM5101W washing machine will fill, turn drum in both directions, heat water then continue to turn one way for 10 seconds (approx), pause for ten seconds, then turn the other way for ten seconds for as long as I care to let it. Up to 20 minutes before I give up waiting for a drain and refill, and press and hold ‘Cancel’. The machine immediately stops, runs the pump to empty the suds and lights ‘Spin/End’. Can you advise, please, why the machine will not follow through any wash program, and what a solution may be?

The propeller on the drain pump went off so the whole drain pump needs to be changed. I have ordered one from your site and am currently looking at how to do the job myself. Looks like I have to remove the panel – can you please share the details on how to do it? Thank you, will surely buy you a couple of pints 🙂

Have you any idea why has my machine suddenly started to jump around the kitchen and violently shake, its quite frightening and i don’t know what to do.

When doing a spin the machine won’t spring but if I take the belt off the motor spins. The barrel spins freely by hand.
