Watched your video online. Took the cover off the back of the Candy GVS C9DCGB-80 tumble dryer, disconnected the cables from the 2 thermostats and the one on the left hasn’t got continuity. I’m guessing that’s the issue?

Hoover Condenser Tumble Dryer VTC 581BB-80 Suspected thermostat

Hi there,
My condenser dryer runs for a few minutes then stops with all all LEDs flashing with a beeping sound. Ive watched your video on how to fault find and it appears that I have no continuity over one of the thermostats at the rear. Please can you advise on this so I can be sure I purchase the right replacement part from you.
Many thanks
Tim

Hoover Condenser Tumble Dryer DNCD913BB-80 err 15

Keeps flashing up err15 code. tried unplugging for 10 mins but doesn’t clear error so think I need to do a reset but dont know where the reset switch is located. I think it has tripped due to me not emptying/cleaning the condensor unit recently because when I checked the unit it was pretty full of fluff and also feathers/down that had come off a duvet cover being used on a new feather duvet so I assume it has caused it to overheat and trip the sensor??? Can you jut tell me how to do the reset so I can eliminate that as the reason?? many thanks.
