Hi Paul, my Beko oven with BBIF16300X model number seems to heat from the top only. Yesterday. I tried the convection oven setting for our family dinner but it did not work effectively and the bottom stayed cold. I’ve checked the settings and everything seems fine to me. I’ve tried resetting the oven and even left it unplugged for a while but there was no improvement. Other functions of the oven like the fan oven and the grill element seem to be working fine. Could the base element be faulty? Should I replace it?
