after starting any wash, the machine starts filling and then stops after 5 seconds. There is no error code. I have to manually open the door, reset, and try again but the same thing happens. I have unplugged it; reset and retried it ten times but still it stops after 5 seconds. I am a teacher so please could you email me as I can’t always answer the phone.
