The temperature control knob on my BEKO XDC663SM cooker has become really stiff, and it’s hard to adjust the heat level precisely. Sometimes, when I try to turn it,. Another knob feels a bit loose and wobbly. This makes it tricky to cook at the right temperature, which is frustrating. Can these knobs be tightened or replaced?

Hi Paul,
The control knobs on my Beko BBIF22100W AeroPerfect oven has stopped working. I can hear the fan running in the oven but I’m getting no heat. The light works. I tried it on grill setting and that works perfectly. Have you any idea on how to rectify this? I have seen a few videos but I’m not technically minded.

While moving house I managed to smash the inner glass door and I cannot find how to get a replacement. I’m sure I will need spare parts in the future like elements etc are you able to help me? There is also this number on the identification plate 7768686320

When replacing the heating element I short-circuited the system. Since then, the light stays on. Obviously one of the two control knobs (oven or fan-oven is wrong. Which one? Also how do I disassemble the push-push relevant switches with no screws visible front or behind plate?
