Hi love all your videos. I have a Beko DCU8230 Condenser Tumble Dryer. I couldnt find one that showed how to change the front felt support system. The dryer works fine, its clean but it is noisy. There is a lot of play at the front of the machine suggesting the felt and associated bearing pads need replacing. Can you help? Many thanks martin

Grundig GTN38240GCW Heat Pump Tumble Dryer’s pump failed so replaced with genuine new pump and float switch.
Now the pump is on continuous when machine has mains supply regardless of if machine is on or off. Looked at float switch, activating correctly when compressed stopping cycle but not pump. Took machine apart and followed your service video.
No obvious issues. Don’t think it’s the pump or float switch. Maybe whatever sends signal to pump?? Any help greatly appreciated thanks for your time. James

I have a Beko DRCS68S Condenser Tumble Dryer. I think the element has gone. Yeh tumble dryer trips the electric when it’s plugged in and turned on. Do you sell a replacement element for this model?

Hello, Im wondering if you can help. My Beko DTBC10001W condenser tumble dryer just stopped working. It Was working perfect but there’s no power coming to it now… I have checked plug and socket and they are all fine I have checked plugs going into pcb with multimeter and the plug that goes into the pcb right behind the electric display isn’t showing any reading. I have tried tracing it but it goes around the front of the drum. I thought it connected to ntc but they were small orange wires and I tested that and that was OK.. These small. Wires are white but covered in black all way down. The pcb board looks fine doesn’t look like anything burn or woren. This is tumble dryer is 2 years old. Do you know what is causing no power to come to display all other plugs in pcb are getting reading on multimeter… Thanks alaina
