I have a Hotpoint Aquarius FDM550 with the Start/Pause and End leds flashing. I am wondering which fault it is and what is wrong and what I need to buy.

My dishwasher will start and fill with water, but won’t actually start the cycle. I have watched a video you did to service the machine. But cannot find a float by the filters.
The lights it flashes are the rinse, salt, wash and end.
Only light not flashing is dry.
My Hotpoint FDM 550 P .R (Serial No.36563960000) dishwasher has a fault. It seems to only happen on the Normal programme, not on the Fast or Intensive programmes.
The fault is that the Salt, Rinse aid and start pause lights flash rapidly. (no other lights flash)
We only find this fault when we go to unload the dishwasher a couple of hours after starting the programme so it may well have started flashing in the middle of the programme.
The machine seems to wash OK and when we open the door the interior is nice and warm so drying is OK too.
I have checked to make sure hoses are not trapped or kinked.
