For a few weeks the spin cycle was incredibly noisy and now the drum doesn’t turn at all – the motor is working, it’s draining but the drum doesn’t move – there’s resistance if you try turning by hand. Could this be a drive belt or something else?

can you help please, my washing machine keeps filling with water even though the electric supply is turned off, there’s not a lot of water in the drum but when I haven’t used the machine for a few days I find this troubling, any ideas why this is happening

My Beko Washing Machine WMB71642W is leaking I think from the front of the machine when I use it, but could be from underneath as there is a pool of water on floor around the machine and front of the machine is wet, and was wondering if there could be a hole in the underside of my machine and if so can it be repaired

My washing machine Beko WM8127W is stuck on a cycle with 19 minutes left on the cycle. I have tried to turn off, but when powered back on it just remembers the same cycle and does nothing. It is also full of water and doesn’t seem to be draining. Please help? All electronic lights seem to be okay. I have tried to reset by holding pause button for 3 seconds as per manual. Is there any way to reset?
