Hi,
I have watched a few of your videos on diagnosing and repairing faults on my Beko WTK72011W washing machine.
Firstly, I assumed there was a problem with the element or the NTC sensor and was about to order a new part.
However, I then found your video on fault codes. I have put our machine into diagnostic mode and it is showing fault code 08 (it has a binary code display).
I have since seen your video on rectifying fault code 08, and to my mind doesn’t suggest it would result in water not being heated. It is especially strange as there are no obvious issues in terms of water flowing in or out of the machine.
I am about to open it up and clean the water valve to see if this helps.
I am emailing to see if you have any insight for me? Is it possible for the machine to have more than one fault but only display one fault code?
Thank you for your time,

Beko WMB714422B Washing Machine Keeps On Blowing The Fuse
Last week my Beko WMB714422B washing machine was running and I heard a loud pop. I had a look at the machine and the motor’s brushes, one was broken and the other was fine, a longer length. So, I replaced the brushes and then realized that the PCB board that supplies power to the motor had two tracks blown on there. So, purchased a new one. Today i fitted the PCB and ran the machine… It blew the fuse again. I pulled out the motor to examine the brushes again. On my motor housing where the brushes sit there are two position options for the brush to sit. I placed the brushes so that the flat side of the brushes are touching the contacts and not where the tip touches the contacts on the motor. I would really appreciate any further assistance n how to get the washing machine running …. dirty clothes are pilling up and wifey is not happy, so any help most appreciated. Thank you

Beko WMB71543W Washing Machine Object Stucked In Back Of The Drum

I have Beko WMB71543W washing machine. Bra wire stuck in the back of the drum. Can see one of your solutions is to take off the paddle and see if it can be fished out. Unfortunately I don’t see a Beko paddle removal video on your web site and I am not sure which hole to push down on to find the ‘holding clip’, or indeed if the Beko paddles can be removed.
