I have a Samsung WW80J5555EX/EU Washing Machine. When play is pressed it’s starts to fill but then stops and have to keep on pressing pause then play multiple times until it decides to carry on the cycle.

Hello thanks for your time. I have a Samsung WF397UTPAGR/A2 Washing Machine and was getting the 3e3 error so I went through the steps of changing the pcb, motor stator and hall sensor. Checked all the wiring and still the same thing. Then I noticed some strange but quiet noises from the drum. I disassembled it to the spider arm. The spider appears fine to me just needs a good cleaning. I found the noise in the balance ring. The drum has a very minor wobble in it. I am just wondering if a new balance ring would correct this and get rid of the code? Also the bearing and arm that go to the stator seem fine as well.Thanks so much
