Could you tell me where i can find the codes for :
Bosch 500 series WAT28401UC/12 washing machine
The only code I know is the child lock.
I am looking for the codes to reset the electronics / sensors. ( aside from turning off the breaker which doesn’t do anything really )
I’ve seen you doing a reset technique with another model …. but it doesn’t seem to work on my machine.
I have no error messages. But the machine keeps telling me the door isn’t closed (even if it is.)

Bosch WTE 86303 PL Tumble Dryer Wont Heat Up

Hi there,
I was wondering if you could please advise me about a a Bosch WTE 86303 PL tumble dryer that wont heat up.
I checked the thermostat for continuity – its fine.
The NTC sensor which is located at the back of the heating unit – fine.
The microswitch (tny266gn) – fine.
The heating element values – fine (30 Ohm for one coil, 42 ohm for the other coil). no visible damage or tear.
Although everything seems fine, the heating element isnt getting hot enough, and the drying cycle ends with damp (yet hot) cloths.
Could you please help me solve the issue?

Bosch WAE24166GB Washing Machine Inner Drum Not Spinning & Noisy Drum

During a spin cycle at 1,000 rpm there was a thump and the noise level increased significantly. After removing the load, there was a smell of burning rubber and it was apparent the inner drum was not spinning concentrically to the outer drum – at one spot the gap goes from 10 mm to 18 mm and was rubbing on the seal causing the burning smell. I cannot detect any play or noise in the bearings. Cracked/broken spider perhaps? Bosch WAE24166GB washing machine is 14 years old.

Bosch WTW87560GB/02 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Not Drying Properly

Hi Paul,
You suggested I contact you here.
Initially Bosch WTW87560GB/02 heat pump tumble dryer was immediately showing an error code E90 and I traced the issue to a relay on the power board. I’ve replaced that and the dryer operates but it just takes ages to dry anything.
So far I have stripped the dryer down and cleaned the evaporator and condenser heat exchangers.
I’ve checked the resistance of the pump (170ohms).
I have run all the tests in maintenance mode but not sure what pre-requisites are and what each test does. Results of the tests are as follows:
P01 to P03 – appear to run with no errors
P04: Test returns E-14 -00
P05 to P09: appear to run with no errors
P10 returns 10 and 979
P11 returns 10 and 826
P12 to P28 returns E-14 -00
I have ordered two more relays and plan to replace them in case they got taken out.
Other than that I’m not sure what the issue could be other than maybe the compressor not working properly.
