Hi I have Hotpoint TCFS93BGP Condenser Tumble Dryer. The light on filter/empty water keeps coming on.please can you help.i have checked the condenser its clean also i have checked the water pump and its also working the thermostats are all also working as i have checked with my multimeter and are showing resistance on ohms.
Its stops randomly sometimes within minutes and sometimes it works for longer periods before the red light is showing.
I would be greatful for any help

Hi after using your video i stripped my Hotpoint TVM570P Vented Tumble Dryer down the slides the drum sits on have worn out but so has the plastic the slides sit on under the drum so the only used part i can find to replace it that is affordable is air shield c00288738 do you know if this would suffice ? Also how does the seal join is it the same seal as it doesnt look like there is a part for the start and end of the tape to go into ? thanks

We’ve had this Hotpoint H1D80WUK tumble dryer for a few years and had this problem twice before. Someone came to fix it and simply reset the thermostat by (I think) pushing a reset button.
It’s happened again and I can’t afford to get him out again,so I’m trying to do it myself. I have the thermostats exposed but can’t see a hole for the reset – voutube videos show a hole in the centre of the thermostat.
Any ideas how I move forward?

I need to replace the pulley wheel of my Hotpoint TCFS93BGP tumble dryer. It appears in the main picture for miscellaneous parts, but doesn’t appear to be listed. Can I have the part no.? Thanks
