I saw your video on YouTube of the Beko WTK models. I have a new BM3W3841W only 3 weeks old. My wife put in about 5kg of towels for a wash. At the end, the machine never reached its 1400rpm, only some minimal speed which meant she had to spin the towels separately to get the wet out.
As we have had the machine for less than 30 days I have told the supplier, AO, to take it back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However I would like to reinforce my position by looking for codes. I tried the method you suggest but it didn’t work on this model.
It would be very useful if I could get a list of codes and other technical information to bolster my case as I am already receiving resistance from them. I need to be ready to refute attempts to object to my concerns.
