Hi, I have Samsung WW80J5555FW washing machine. Can you please tell me how to test the drum as it is not spinning our front panel has 5 buttons and your YouTube video covered the model with 4 buttons

I watched a lot of videos on YouTube and I need your help..
I don’t have an adequate serviceman, so I have to manage by myself..
The problem is that when I turn on my Samsung WW81M642OPW/EG washing machine with the power button and start adjusting the temperature and other things for washing, after a short time the machine activates itself and starts drawing in water, after a few seconds it stops and when I try to complete the adjustment, the sound of the buttons is heard, but they won’t switch. dashes at the set temperature, engine speed and other functions.
When I start the machine, it measures everything and starts working, and if, for example, it says that it will finish in 1:45 minutes, after a short time, that time increases to 2:39.
Could you please tell me what it is about and what I could do to prevent this from happening

I found the video you did about the Samsung 3E code on YouTube but you mention at the beginning that the newer models with Direct Drive don’t have carbon brushes. Unfortunately, my Samsung WF395BTPAWR/A2 washing machine is a Direct Drive model. When you start a load (or even without a load) it adds water to the drum but when it starts to turn the drum clockwise it only turns it a few inches before it stops and turns counterclockwise which seems to work just fine. It’s the clockwise spin that it only turns the drum a small amount. It does this and continues to add water for a few minutes before it stops with error code 3E.
Means that my model is direct drive and doesn’t have brushes, do you have an insights you could share about what’s happening and how I might fix it?

I have Samsung WF45K6500AW/A2 washing machine. At first the wash cycle would only start when the weather was cool outside as far as I could figure. Few days ago it always stopped after the clicking and lock lights went off. Samsung tech had me run a calibration, but it stuck on 4 dashes after a minute. I hear the motor running during the calibration, but the drum does not move.

I continue to get a communication error. I replace the PCB board down below and also the main motherboard at the top but I still get the communication error. I empty the drain and clean the filter. My door was locked and the child lock is off. I removed the top to unlock the door from the tab. I unplugged the unit tried the rest by press the pause button and the power button. Get the same result. I purchased my parts from Amazon. Samsung just stalls to purchase parts. Please help.
I was using my dryer to dry cloths that had more water than usual now it warm up and stops after about two minutes. My lint system is clean in side the machine to the outside. It is Samsung DV56H9100EG/A2 washing machine and the serial is 0BH95AEG400460J. My code says the button on the board is stuck.bE2 check if display PCB is loose or short.
Is was working fine now it just run for a minute or two. There is full power to both.240 to dryer 110 to washer. I see no bad wiring to both. Please help please.
