The Drive Belt (Spinning Belt) comes off sometimes and we strap it back on the pulley/spinning contraption; The Drum doesn’t spin sometimes, then we notice the Drive Belt is off again; Sometimes at the end of a washing cycle, the laundry is still soaking wet that one has to Spin and Dry again. Do we need to order and change with a new Drive Belt?

Cycle appears to have stopped.
On/Off Light flashing
Drying High Heat Light flashing
Rinse Hold Light flashing
I cannot find an error code for that sequence of lights online.
Have tried switching off (several minutes) and waiting for 40 seconds after switching back on. Get Wash Light on, then sound of filling, then immediately sound of draining, then back to same flashing lights. There is a continuous noise of some sort but I do not recognise it.
We are on an island off an island and so getting an engineer is both problemmatic and expensive. Cheaper by far to buy a new washing machine.
Your help if possible) greatly appreciated.
