AEG L11842VIT washing machine pump faulty

Its spins but wont start a wash cycle . Just makes a humming sound. Checked all hoses, water pressure, changed valves in case it was a faulty valve. Someone suggested pump but I can’t get the front of the machine off. There isn’t a separate kick panel to remove as shown in some videos. Pls could you advise.

a humming sounds normally means that the valve is asking for water but no water is available. but it could also the pump that is jammed and you are having a humming sound from this.
