Algor akl470/av cooker oven loosing heat, hinge or seal

hi have a algor akl470/av cooker that is spilling warm air from top of oven door, dont know how to replace seal if is seal thanks

This may be the hinges if the door is not closing correctly but if it is closing correctly then it may well be the seal
