Beko BDVC563AK Bottom Oven not heating

I have been trying to get a heating element for the bottom oven. However your site does not recognise the numbers I have put in ! I need the correct part

If your oven is not heating then there’s a good chance that the fan element has gone open circuit, you can test this using our video below. I have listed the elements for your cooker. There are genuine and patent available – the genuine is the more expensive one and I have also included a video for you to fit your new element, it is also worth checking that cooker is not on auto, but if the element is open circuit then it is definitely the element that is at fault.
