The water tray was full, I emptied it but when I went to put back on it kept tripping electrics. I pulled machine out and there was water all at the back, tilted the dryer and lots and lots more water came out the bottom, I’ve let it dry out, tried it again but it keeps tripping still.

The problem you are having with your Beko DCSC821W Tumble Dryer sounds like the machine is tripping the electrics causing your dryer to go to Earth.
I suspect that you may have water or dampness on either the motor or more likely the heating element at the rear the machine. It might be worth putting a hairdryer on these two parts to try and dry them out do not use excess heat on your Beko DCSC821W Tumble Dryer as you do not want to damage any of the components.
I have included two video tutorials to help with diagnosing the problem with your Beko DCSC821W Tumble Dryer. Although the video tutorials are based on other tumble dryers the concept is the same.
