BEKO DCU7230 tumble dryer tripping electric supply

switch it on and it runs for 30 seconds then trips and drying light keeps flashing,thermostat meters out so does heater, drum is turning ok.

If your dryer is tripping the electrical supply this is usually due to an electrical short, it normally means on a condenser dryer that you have bad air circulation and a lot of moisture around the heating system or it is possible that you have some other electrical short happening inside the machine. I suggest you strip down the machine and clean all the air ducts and make sure the condenser is completely clean, also make sure the pump system is pumping water to the collection tray. if the heater is at fault I have listed it below for you for your model of the machine and added some useful videos below.

SORRY IF I GAVE THE WRONG INFO, IT IS NOT TRIPPING AT THE MAINS, I MEANT THE MACHINE STOPS AND THE GREEN DRYING STARTS FLASHING IN AND OUT. AS I SAID BEFORE THE THERMAL SWITCH IS WORKING AS IS THE HEATER UNIT, THE DRUM IS TURNING OK., I HAVE ALSO REMOVED THE SENSOR IN THE DRUM AND CLEANED IT, IS WAS NOT REALLY DIRTY, I REMOVED THE PUMPING UNIT AND CLEANED IT AND THE TRAY, THERE WAS QUITE A BIT OF DIRT IN THE TRAY, I FILLED IT WITH WATER AND RAN THE MACHINE AND IT PUMPED THE WATER UP TO THE WATER TRAY NO BOTHER. CAN NOT THINK OF WHAT ELSE I CAN DO, CAN YOU, THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE MAIN BOARD BUT NO WAY WOULD I TRY GETTING INTO THAT, HAD A LOOK, NO WAY, IS THERE A WAY TO TEST THE BOARD WITHOUT REMOVING IT ???.

If you have checked both of the thermostats and the heater then I suspect it may be the relay on the circuit board I have added the video below that will help you assess whether the relay is faulty.
It should be the 16 amp one I can get these no problem but you will need to send a photo when you have worked out which one is faulty
