As you can see in the photographs the first thing you need to do is make sure the connections on both circuit boards are firmly connected, then it is a good idea to put the machine into the test sequence to see if you can retrieve an error code, if e13 is showing then there is a good chance that you have a faulty motor or a problem with the circuit board or possibly a broken wire. I have put the photographs of your repair below to show you the damage that was caused to the pcb, it took a few hours to work it out but after soldering the connections it is up and running again.

Hold down spin and quick wash while pressing on/off button to enter test mode

Check Kn3 plus wiring to the motor

what test mode will look like should show error e13 or similar

check connections and also test wiring to motor

check all connections especially kn2

you can see damage to board resolder

Fault finding

  • Machine washes poorly  It ends the program possible E13 or E11 error code

Check the following

  • Check all Communication cables for open circuit
  • Then follow tests Is there E13 error?
  • Are main board (KN2 socket) and Motor Communication sockets (KN3 sockets) attached?
  • If connections are all good test motor and inspect the circuit boards for damage
  • Repair the socket and cables or board.
  • Test again
