Beko WDR7543121 washing machine Won’t drain

My Beko Washer Dryer won’t drain? I’ve already Drained the machine and cleaned the filter thinking it would solve it but tried empty and it’s full of water and not draining again. Please help x

Hi the first thing you need to check is that the pump impeller is fixed properly to the shaft and not damaged.

you can also test the pump with a bench test or use a muti-meter to check voltage while running.

Then turn the machine on to spin and check that the impeller is turning with the filter out make sure you don’t set on rinse as you will have a flood!

next, you need to check that the sump hose has no blockages. (video below) if all these are ok make some tests on your sink fittings were the waste goes. but to check it properly try testing the machine with the waste going into a bucket.
