beko wm5100s washing machine starts to spin for a couple of seconds then stops

when u start any cycle it starts to spin for a few seconds then stops and then nothing else

I will need a lot more information to be able to help you properly, but if the machine is shutting down after a couple of seconds of tuning then there maybe an ​error coming up in the circuit board but it may not be showing you an​ error code​ as this is happening when the motor is turning it is worth checking the carbon brushes in the motor first, if not please come back to me with a lot more information​.
example did it fill with water​, is the drum still full of water, can you hear the pump running etc. if in any doubt give me a telephone call​
