We have a Beko WM5120 W,5kg washing machine.its has been working without problems till last week when it started making very loud sound sound when spinning and later would finish the cycle . However yesterday it started washing and then stopped at the spin .Basically theres water in the drum but it wont continue with the cycle.we have tried switching it on and off.it starts again but stops at the same stage.emptied the filter and started again got the same results.its stops with water in and wont move on to the spinning. Please advise me on what to do.am stuck with a drum with water and wont continue with the cycle

Hi this sounds like you have a blocked pump you say you have cleaned the filter have you checked the blade turns on the pump. also check that the pipes from the drum to the pump and also the waste including the sink connection if fitted.
