Our machine stopped working recently and is showing E18. It won’t allow a program to be selected and displays a flashing start arrow. I’ve changed the door switch. Checked the brushes, checked the pump. All good. Control board ?

I will try and help with this problem…
you can try unplugging the machine for 24 hours sometimes this will clear an error code, but before you do this I would check the sump hose for any blockages (see videos as may have a blockage in the hose at the bottom of the machine) as I show below the area code for this machine is due to unbalanced load this could be that the machine is not able to empty in the allocated period Of time and this is put it into safety mode showing the E18 error code. i have put some videos to help you below. if this does not fix it feel free to call me during the day. - This error can be displayed where the machine has failed to spin or the time can seem to be extended.
- Sort load and retry spin
