Beko Wmb7122 Has an error, will enter diagnostic page, but not lock door and will not flash diagnostic page

When setting program and press start mach8ne does nothing other than the start symbols flashes, has e on display. Tried to enter diagnostics but gets as far as a four figure number 1528 and then display page for diagnostics but that’s as far as it will go
