Ran a self clean on the machine today and cleaned the filter as per instructions. However, next wash, drum fills, but nothing happens. Cancelling drains the system. E11 is no Motor action, but not sure where to start resolving it.

I’m very sorry about the late response time on this we have been inundated with questions​. The first thing I would check is the carbon brushes in the motor as this will stop the motor tuning, ​I have added a video below to help you check the motor and also take the motor off, and I have listed the carbon brushes for your machine below you need to buy a pair of these if yours are worn
