Beko wmb71442w washing machine not draining

I have cleared the filter out but the washer is still not draining. I have checked the hose but this seems ok too. Any ideas what I could try? Thanks

I will try and help with this problem with your Beko wmb71442w washing machine

If your washing machine is not emptying then there are only a couple of possibilities,

please check that the pump is operating correctly make sure there was nothing jamming the impeller.
make sure that you have a 240v Supply going to the motor.
remove the sump hose and make sure there is nothing obstructing the water flow.
check the drain hose for any blockages and if you have it plugged into a sink unit make sure that the unit is clean and the water can flow through unrestricted.
