beko wmb71642w error code 3

Hi my husband has changed the door seal but when switched back on it just come up with error code 3 and a little flower, tried to get it to go into diagnostic mode from your video but it wont, can you help?

Good afternoon he may have Disturbed some wiring and replaced it incorrectly please ask him to check as ​error code 3 is listed below It usually means that you have some type of wiring fault.
