only got 140 volts to motor hence it won’t turn. where would you start looking for the fault.Kind regards WFR

Good afternoon William sorry for the late response,
The first thing I would check is the carbon brushes are in good condition on the motor, next you will need to follow the wiring back to the circuit board and make sure there are no breakages in the wiring, the only other thing it could be is a fault with a circuit board you can visually inspect the components on the circuit board but that is really the limitation of what you’re able to do, if it is a circuit board problem it might be cheaper and easier for you to obtain a second machine on eBay and Salvage the parts, I’ve included some video to help you below
