drum wont turn or spin, did a diagnostic check and it comes up with error code E11

I will try and help with this problem on the beko WME8227B washing machine.

When you get this fault e11 it is usually the carbon brushes in the motor which is the most common fault. I would watch the video below on how to remove the motor and check the carbon brushes I have also listed the available Parts depending on which type of motor you have

E11 is Motor error detected
