Hi , seen your YouTube and was wondering would you have any info to help me fixing my washing machine it’s only 2,5years old Beko wtk82011wIt won’t do a wash cycle it starts and stops about 5 seconds later the water only goes into the drawer on top for the conditioner It will do a spin and drain cycle and a drum clean cycle and and rinse cycle I have emptied the filter and cleaned it Any help at all would be appreciated thank you so much

Hi Jade,
I’m sorry, but your question is hard to understand. You mentioned your washing machine is 2 to 5 years old and it won’t run a full cycle. Water goes in for only 5 seconds and then drains. You also said it will spin and drain but not wash.
I can suggest some repairs, but I don’t have the machine in front of me. First, check all the water valves under the lid. If any valve is broken, meaning it’s an open circuit, it can’t fill within the allocated time. Another issue might be the heating system. If it’s faulty, it could trigger an error causing the machine to empty immediately.
These are the main faults I can think of unless the circuit board itself is faulty. I’ve included a workshop manual, wiring diagram, and some videos at the bottom of this article to help you further.
