I have watched a few of your videos and done a continuity test on all the main conponents and the only thing that seems to have an issue is the timer, when I disconnected the power to the timer the oven seems to work fine. Would the timer cause the issue of the oven not working?

The description that you gave me was not that detailed so I can only point you in the right direction.
we can only try to work this out logically,
if you have checked all the major components and they are all functioning correctly then you may have what we call an intermittent fault.
the first thing I would check is selector switch, sometimes the contacts can breakdown due to the amperage going through them you should look for a burnt contact.
check the wiring to the cooker.
