Hi Paul,My drum wasn’t spinning, I have checked belt is OK, bearings seem fine. I jiggled the connections for the motor and it seemed to work, spin short wash cycle when empty. Put a light load in, it washed OK, but didn’t son properly. I juggled connections again and then ran the spin cycle, which was fine. Is there anything I can do to secure the connections. There was quite a lot of movement of the drum whilst spinning. Thanks.

I will try and help with this problem…

hi you need to take the motor off and check the​ carbon brushes​, if they are worn out they will need replacing, but to do this you will need your full model number off the identification plate inside the door,I have put the video below to help you take off the motor and replace the carbon brushes but please do not order any parts without the model number.
