Bosch SGS43T52GB/21 Not draining

I’ve just replaced the drain pump on above dishwasher but it still is not draining? Can you help advise what I may not have done or what else might be the problem? Thanks

I will try and help with this problem…

if you have checked the pump is functioning then I suggest you do a meter check to make sure that is power going to the pump when it is on empty​. if this is good then I suggest you take off the left side panel as you may have a blockage in the collector. or if the machine is connected to the sink unit check there is no blockages in this.
