Bosch SMS40T32UK/28 dishwasher Check water

Doesn’t matter what program we chose, after a few seconds after you start it, the check water sign is on( not flashing). For a while if you stoped it and then turn it on, it worked ok but now has stoped working all together. The last time has sucked the water but it didn’t pumped it out. The evacuation pipe is clean. The water in the dishwasher is clean an the matrix looks clean. Please help me.

I will try and help with this problem with your Bosch SMS40T32UK/28 dishwasher

From your description, it could either be one of two faults, either you have a fault with a pump system on the machine and it is unable to take the water out of the machine, or you may have a problem with the impeller jug which is built into the dispenser (matrix) on the left-hand side of the machine. I have put a couple of videos below to try and assist you but without having the machine in front of me it is very hard for me to diagnose the fault you could try uploading a video to YouTube and then sending me the link so I can have a look.
