Can you advise what brushes I need to order please-the machine is not spinning and has developed fault F21 and F63 but I think the brushes may be the problem. Thanks. It is draining ok. Any advice you could give would be appreciated.

Good morning Mrs. Firth according to my data it looks like this machine had to different types of Motor fitted I suggest you take the motor off and inspect the carbon brushes to make sure they are worn out ,then you will see which type you need I have listed a video below to show you how to take the motor off and inspect the carbon brushes and replace them, I have also listed the two types below for you to purchase once you have worked out which ones you need.
