spin motor does only 1 revolutionat at a time,during spin program or wash program

I will try and help with this problem Bosch WFO2866GB/07 washing machine
this may be a problem with the motor. the first thing I would check is the carbon brushes. I’ve included a video below to assist you in checking the motor and also how to replace the carbon brushes it is not a difficult job. I’ve also included a link to the parts below
