My Bosch WTV74105GB/12 tumble dryer kept stopping after a few minutes and would start again. But now will not turn on at all. I have checked the power is ok to the PCB as per the video. Seems to be burnt soot on a component…Can I send the PCB to you for repair? Thanks Steve

Hi Steve, I’m sorry to hear about your Bosch tumble dryer problem. If you think the PCB needs repair, there are a few steps to try first.
First, make sure the PCB is really the issue. Check the electronic filter at the back right side of the machine where the power wire enters. Ensure it has 240 volts. From there, two wires usually run to the PCB. Disconnect these from the PCB and test for 240 volts again. If you have 240 volts here, then the power supply, filter, and suppressor are fine. If no lights come on, it’s likely a faulty PCB.
I’ve included diagrams of all parts below, along with genuine part numbers. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find any spares I have for this machine. Unfortunately, I don’t have a second-hand circuit board right now. You might check eBay using your model number for new or used options from other machines.
