I will try and help with this problem on Candy GVC D91WB-80 Tumble Dryer.

This sounds like it may be to do with the heating system. There are usually three or four possibilities that it could be. First, you need to check that your heating element is working on both sides, next you will need to check the thermostats make sure the over thermostats have continuity apart from an NTC sensor if it’s your model of machine. If the heating system is working perfectly then there is a possibility that it may be the relay on the circuit board.
