Hello,I am an owner of an Eklipt Table Top Dishwasher (link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dishwasher-Portable-Countertop-Programs-Control/dp/B09TD99GNP?ref_=v_sp_product_dpx). Unfortunately, I started getting error code E3 and it seems like the heating element is broken. I would appreciate your assistance in obtaining a replacement part.Do you sell a replacement heating element for this dishwasher or know where I can purchase one? The heating element itself doesn’t seem to have a specific part number, but it’s labeled JF 220V 850W 2302.I would hate to have to throw the dishwasher away, and watching your videos has inspired me to try to fix it myself! Thank you for the great content and for what you’re doing.

I made a short video to explain the problem. Your dishwasher seems to be from a company called Midea. Midea is a Chinese company that sells to lesser-known brands in the UK and worldwide. The issue is they don’t provide the necessary information to support the appliance.

In your case, you can’t even buy a new heating element because I don’t know where you can get one. My only suggestion is to look for Midea dishwasher heating elements and see if you can find one that matches yours. Alternatively, you could contact the supplier of the dishwasher and try to get them to tell you where to get spare parts.

It’s frustrating that in today’s society, machines are made without proper support for the public or tradesmen. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful.
