Hi Mrs. Holt,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your dishwasher. The issue with these dishwashers is that they are made by a Chinese company and imported into the UK under a brand name. Often, there isn’t any appliance data available for the Pacific model you have because it’s unique to the seller, not the manufacturer.

The only way to identify the element for this machine is by the number written on the element itself. After some research, I found out that it’s made by a Chinese company called Medea. It’s the same as the machine I made a video on, but unfortunately, I don’t have any cross-reference for part numbers.

You’ll need to use the number on the old heating element so we can find the correct part for you. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful, but this problem arises because manufacturers sell machines to companies without making parts data available.
