Hi,I have old IDC75 UE dryer machine with a condenser. The heat protection thermostat is gone to open circuit every time.I “fixed” it by reset it using a pin, but it jump again after a one or two dryer cycles.I have notice that the dryer is holding off while trying to turn to counter-clock side, therefore the heat thermostat is jump to open circuit due to lack of air flow.I replaced the heating element including both attached thermostats and also the 8 micro-farad capacitor.but still, the problem remains…any ideas ?Thankswhat I did so far:replace 8 micro-farad capacitor.replace heating element with both thermostats.cleaning all the machine keeping clean air flow.cleaning the third thermostat inside the drum.

I will try and help with this problem with your England IDC75 but I do not know the make as it is not from Europe or did you mean Indesit IDC75

If the machine is overheating and cutting out the thermostats then they are a few faults that might occur, there is a forward thermostat on the vent tubes or at the front of the machine, if this is not cycling within the correct parameters then the thermostats on the top of the heater might be overheating and cutting out, I suggest you replace all 3 thermostats at the same time otherwise you will be chasing a problem consistently, the next thing is it might be is it is possible for the circuit board to not be turning the drum in one direction you need to check the relays on the circuit board or if you have a mechanical timer the vision you will need to test them, it is normal for the machine to stop for about 2 to 3 seconds between directions,
