HAUS WM1050-W washing machine not starting electric filter replaced

After fixing a replacement filter, the drum won’t fill up to commence washing; it stops and the light begins to flash.

I will try and help with this problem…
good morning
if you are mean the electrical filter had blown you need to track the power to the circuit board​.​
first check the power is coming in at the back of the machine then make sure that the power is getting to the circuit board​. if power is getting to the circuit board but you have no lights then there is a good chance that the circuit board may be faulty, if you have lights but the machine will not start then there is a good chance you may have a fault with a door lock
