I will try and help with this problem

Since you didn’t gave us the model number, I will assume it is a condenser model with water tray at the bottom. The exploded diagrams are from a machine like that but might differ from yours.

Error E21 usually means excess water left in condenser or condenser pump not working/pumping to the reservoir.
This can be due to wet condenser and/or blocked/faulty pump.
Unplug the appliance and remove the condenser, clean the area and let the condenser dry for a while.
Then plug it back after around 30 minutes. This can also be a problem with the heater element not heating the clothes. Check that the heater is working as intended.
Since there is no pump on these models, if the error persists it might be a fault with the circuit board.
