Hoover VTC671 Tumble Dryer With All lights flashing continually

Hi, thanks for your help. On our Hoover Condenser Dryer all the lights are flashing continually. I read that I have to count the flashes to determine the error code, but they just flash on and off without a pause. Please can you tell me what the error code is and what could be the fault. There are many things that this could be. The most common is something to do with the heating system, check for thermostats on top of the heater also check the heater using our videos which I have listed below. There is a possibility it may be the forward thermostat, and if it is none of these it is a possibility it may be the relay on the circuit board. Please always remember to vacuum the inside of the machine out and clean all the air ducts as this will increase the efficiency of the machine and also prevent it from becoming a fire hazard with the old fluff.
