Hotpoint BWD 129 washing machine Lights flashing, won’t work

Dryer light, all four lights in column to right of this and door lock light flashing. Was on pre wash when fault occurred. Now full of water and not operating at all. Please advise of fault. Thank you for your help.

If the machine has stopped and is full of water then there’s a good chance that you may have a pump problem, the filter may be blocked or you may have an item stuck in the sump hose, you will need to drain down the machine and inspect this. I have included some videos below to assist you and also the pump which fits your machine is listed at the bottom
