I will try and help with this problem Hotpoint FDFSM 31111 Dishwasher,

You may have a blockage in the pump. I have put a video below to assist you. it will show you the basic technique for clearing the pump.

Error code F15 – Water is not being pumped out and a flood condition could occur. Check that the drainage hose is raised to the recommended minimum height and that the pipe is not blocked. If you need a spare part, you can visit our shop by clicking the link below.
