I will try and help with this problem Hotpoint HAE60KS free standing cooker

on this oven you only have a fan oven element and a fan motor that distributes the air around the cooker, if the oven is heating correctly and getting hot then suspect you have a problem with the fan motor, the motor is designed to come on circulating the air around the oven but if the motor is not working correctly, your food may be burning at the back but not cooking it correctly at the front this is because the air is not circulating around the oven, I have put the video below to show you how to replace a fan oven motor and there are Links at the bottom of the page where you can obtain a new fan motor for your cooker
