Hi Paul, I have a Hotpoint HHP6.5CM Cooker Hood, motor is running slowly most of the time but when it runs at high speed it runs with a screeching sound. Need to find spare parts before disassembling. Could you please help me about that? Do you provide spares for this model?

First of all, I would like to say something about your spare part concern. I I need to inform you that appliance manufacturers often build in obsolescence, so parts should be available for a long time. When it comes to you problem with the cooker hood, it sounds like you have problem with the motor, it could be the fan blade catching all the bearings on the motor one also it could be the motor capacitor or PCB fault. You will need to inspect these before we can make a confirmed decision
